That journey led Mr. Rajesh, Founder and CEO of Ghoshak, to bring me into his mission — digitising small businesses and transforming how they operate.

TJ is a passionate storyteller, sales enthusiast, and believer in the power of small businesses to transform communities. His journey into the world of digitisation began when the Ghoshak team led by Founder & CEO Mr. Rajesh invited him to be part of their growing mission to help entrepreneurs move beyond pen and paper.
With a strong background in sales and a heart for grassroots entrepreneurship, TJ found himself deeply inspired by the stories of business owners who were ready to adapt, grow, and scale — if only someone could show them how.
Through years of working alongside Ghoshak’s field teams and support staff, he has seen firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and what truly empowers a small business owner to take the leap into digital. Digitising Dreams is his way of capturing those learnings and sharing them with a wider audience.
